Alinity Divine
Alinity was mentioned in a complaint suing Twitch. Erik Estavillo is a California Twitch user who has filed a lawsuit against Twitch, seeking damages up to $25 million. The user claimed the website exposed him to sexually explicit content by female streamers. According to the court records of Dexerto Estavillo had previously sued Microsoft as well as Sony and also Nintendo and Blizzard, filed the lawsuit on June 15, after which Twitch was served with an official summons the following day. Estavillo, according to the Santa Clara Superior Court of California complaint is suffering from a variety of medical issues that require him to depend solely on internet for entertainment. Additionally, he suffers from obsessive compulsive disorder and an addiction to sexual activity. According to the lawsuit, Twitch makes these issues more severe. The complaint goes on to mention a number of female streamers that it says "continues to show viewers who simply want to watch players playing games on Twitch, but instead get exposed to sexually addictive material and content on a consistent and frequent basis." Alinity does not appear on the list. The complaint requests the streamers listed above to be permanently barred from Twitch for violating the terms of service. The complaint also demands to receive $25 million in damages, which would "be divided equally among the plaintiff, other Twitch Turbo Subscribers and any funds left."
